Edamame Puree

Edamame Puree

Yield: 1 ½ cups
Serving Size: 4-5 people


1, 10 oz package frozen, shelled edamame
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste


Let edamame come to room temperature. Put edamame in food processor and process until well chopped, periodically scraping the sides of the bowl. While processor is running stream in vegetable oil and process until smooth, add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled with Food Should Taste Good® Multigrain chips.
